Feedback windows are short (Friday to Monday) because I've seen what dragging projects do to people, and I refuse. Timeline is 3 weeks if you're bringing your own copy; 6 weeks if you add site copywriting with my business buddy Erin Ollila.

I create a custom tutorial library embedded in the back-end of your site (short video walkthroughs of your site, not generic Squarespace how-tos). And I build you a Sandbox: a dedicated page where you can practice editing without touching your live pages.

Then right after launch, we hop on an offboarding call – screen-share, walk through everything, ask whatever questions you need answered.

Plus every client gets 2 months free in my VIP Client Maintenance program. Because questions don't pop up on launch day – they pop up on a Tuesday a month later when you're trying to add a new testimonial and can't remember how.
